Anne completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University before starting as a Trainee Audiologist at Dunedin Hospital in 1980. By 1983, Anne had gained a master’s degree in Audiology and Speech Science from Purdue University (USA). Maura has been a registered nurse for over 30 yrs. She has had a variety of roles, most recently as an occupational health nurse, and previously in operating theatres and surgical wards both in NZ and overseas.
